i din realise how close it was to christmas until i saw that the christmas lightings have been placed up..


sigh.. so pretty right.. and instead of going down town to shop for christmas presents.. i was going down to study.. :(
so much for the festive season..
anyway..
have you guys collected your exam wellness pack from YIH?
it's a brilliant pack.. totally worth your time going all the way down to kent ridge to collect it.. besides providing you with snacks and drinks, it even gives you tips for the revision period!
i shall be kind to those who haven't collected your packs.. here are some tips:
1. leave plenty of time to revise so that you don't get into a situation of having to do last minute cramming. this approach will help to boost your confidence and reduce any pre-exam stress as you know you have prepared well
2. don't drink too much coffee, tea and fizzy drinks; the caffeine will 'hype' you and make your thinking less clear. eat healthy and regularly; your brain will benefit from the nutrients
3. try out yoga, tai chi or relaxation techniques . they will help to keep you feeling calm and balanced, improve your concentration levels and help you to sleep better
