beer battered fish Pt. II
this time round it was much better! the fish was fried in little pieces (think Chippy's) and the heat was under control this time! hence the golden brown colour! :)
made onion rings with the extra batter too! :)
jaime made chicken stew and super awesome spicy garlicky mash potatoes!
just check out the bits of garlic in it!!
so much food for just the 3 of us but we actually finished most of it!
anyway no photo of the 3 of us cos we all looked super oily and unkempt after cooking. sorry to disappoint. HAHA!
on a another note, after tomorrow, i really should get started on chinese.
