zoo!

it's been hell long since i've been to the zoo!

and i can safely say i won't want to go back anytime soon again.. hehe..

i mean it was fun and all considering how excited i was to see the polar bears and giraffes! i also saw the amigo penguins from Happy Feet! (did u noe that they are actually called jackass penguins? haha!)

but the smell was really :| and it was really sad seeing how lifeless some of the animals were.. not to mention it was a blardy hot day.. i was almost dying from the heat..

but i must say i did enjoy myself on the whole! as tiring as it was to look after the kids.. they were really cute and my girl was really sweet.. she kept going on about how she was going to miss me and gave me so many hugs before she left! was really quite touched.. and u would think children from homes would be problematic and temperamental.. she wasn't that bad! when i annoyed her.. she did scold me a lil but half an hour later.. she will go "jie jie i'm very sorry for scolding you just now ok? very very sorry.." and she will be super guai after that.. now how many of us actually scold ppl and then apologise..

i'm glad i woke up early to go to the zoo instead of slping in.. it was an experience worth keeping.. photos will be up when i get them! :)
