you just know it when things aren't going your way..
just when i finally decide that maybe jogging is really the only efficient way to lose the weight..
(since tennis once a week ain't helping..)
and i finally have the urge to go running..
the PSI hits 153 and you know it's impossible to go out to jog without getting an asthma attack..
