and sadly..
we bought nothing..
but..
WE HAD A GREAT TIME!!!
we:
- went out wearing identical tops.. (it was not planned!)
- oogled at young male models strutting down the runway in the middle of taka square..
- laughed at a little girl who was singing/twirling/ going way off-key to the song "itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka dot bikini" while the other child models were changing
- laughed at a little boy dressed up as a cowboy singing/rapping (oh his voice cracked too) to the song "country road"
- admired the little girl who rapped to "My humps" and then gave Shakira a run for her money when she belly-danced and sang my favourite song "Hips don't lie" (but we did agree that it was totally wrong seeing a little girl sing/rap about her humps and wriggling her ass like that)
- wanted to go to zouk that very night because we couldn't get the songs "My Humps" and "Hips don't lie" out of our heads (it didn't help that all the other stores in Taka and Marina Square kept playing phuture songs)
- had bouncing meat balls and flying chopsticks for dinner
- discovered the most hilarious book in Times entitled "Boys are Stupid! Throw Rocks at Them!" think poems likes "girls are sugar, sweet and everything nice. boys have fleas, cooties and head lice!" i think baker will like this book.. :)
- met up with brenda and eugene and eugene agreed to intro his hot single canoe polo frens to me and jasmin! haha..
:)
