my dad sis and i went to test-drive the Lexus GS today!!!
so exciting right??!!!
and guess what?!
when we were about to test-drive the car.. my dad asked the salesguy
"can my daughter test-drive it??"
I ALMOST DROPPED DEAD IN SHOCK!!!
i mean i was like bugging my dad to let me test-drive the car but i din expect him to take it seriously!!! :D
anyway.. the car rocked.. the engine was silent, the functions of the car rock.. even the sound system in the car is damn zai!!!!
so.. my dad decided to get the car and paid the deposit!! :D

the colour is bluish pearl! chio right! ok.. the pic is a lil small but i can't help it.. i got it from the lexus website.. and the colour isn't very accurate cos the blue isn't so obvious!
PPL! IT'S TIME TO THINK OF A NEW NAME FOR THE CAR!!!
anyway.. the new car is only gona come in 2-3 weeks time.. and we have to turn in uncle charlie tmr (more of ltr today actually).. sigh.. i'm gona miss uncle charlie.. afterall.. he has been the family car for the past 6 years.. and he's the first car i've driven when i got my license!! :( although he's old.. he's still steady and reliable.. he has no major problems.. only a couple of teeny ones such as the frequent breakdown of the electronic system for the adjustment of seats and the boot catch being a lil loose.. other than that.. he's PERFECT!!! (minus the lil crack at the bottom of the car which i caused.. *sheepish*) i hope he goes to a nice new owner who will appreciate him as much as i do..
since he's leaving tmr/ltr tday.. my sis and i decided to have a nice long last drive with charlie just now.. we drove to pasir ris.. to simei.. to river valley and to home.. and upon reaching home.. we just HAD TO take a couple of shots of charlie before he leaves us for good tmr..
